In addition to acting for landlords, we deliver a full and efficient service for prospective tenants from the moment of first enquiry through to the end of the tenancy. We always do our utmost to offer prospective tenants a wide array of properties to suit every possible taste and budget.

Fees An administration payment is required from all tenants prior to a tenancy which will include a credit check/referencing service at no additional cost.
Tenancy On commencement, we will provide a tenancy agreement, inventory and photographic schedule to you and hand over the keys.
When managing a property for a landlord, James Laurence will be your point of contact whether it be appliance problems, a tenancy extension or changing over names for utilities. We have a dedicated property management team who will be glad to answer any of your queries.
Deposit Upon receiving a six week deposit prior to commencement of a tenancy, James Laurence register this in a government deposit scheme known as the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) www.depositprotection.com, when managing the property. This is in accordance with new legislation as of April 2007 ensuring peace of mind for both tenants and landlords alike. If the tenant does not renew the tenancy, the deposit is reclaimed from the DPS and repaid (upon confirmation of final utility bills being paid up to date and an inspection of the property having taken place).
